We have recently completed a project that required sealing the exterior concrete bases of fuel storage tanks, we used a Heated Plural Feed Spray setup with a Leigh’s Paint System called Polyspeed 500(see pictures and video link below):

PolySpeed can stick to any shape and has a tack free time of 3 seconds! This minimises down time and allows for a return to service for foot traffic in 60 seconds.

It may be quick, but PolySpeed is also tough, providing excellent abrasion resistance, corrosion protection and chemical resistance.

Application can take place on a variety of different substrates (concrete, metals, wood etc) and in a wide range of temperature and humidity environments.

PolySpeed P500 is a high build material which can, in most cases, coat a surface in a single application. The fast cure time is ideal for use in confined spaces, and applicators can feel at ease knowing the coating can be instantly touched.

As PolySpeed is a high build product, this serves the stand alone requirement for degrading structures and has an estimated life of over 50 years (determined by service conditions).

Dependant of formula, PolySpeed P500 can also be twisted, bent and stretched up to nearly four times its original state!
